New Multi-LTE Case: Lighter, faster and now with web app
The ideal solution for redundant Internet access
Our Multi-LTE Case offers fail-safe high-speed Internet by bundling multiple, redundant LTE signals, but also DSL or satellite connections. This makes it an ideal all-round product for many use cases. The triple-secured Internet connection is particularly suitable for live streaming at online or hybrid events to ensure an uninterrupted stream. This is made possible by the so-called bonding technology. We have explained the exact mode of operation in our article "How does LTE bonding actually work?" described.
Our new Multi-LTE Case: The most important advantages at a glance
Smaller and lighter
We have shrunk the form factor of the Multi-LTE Case by 30%, which directly makes the case 30% lighter. It is now much easier to transport and can be carried comfortably by one person. Of course, this does not affect the range of functions - on the contrary. WiFi-Access points can now be connected directly without the need for an additional power supply. Data and power are provided via a single cable (via "Power over Ethernet"). This makes the Multi-LTE Case not only the perfect Internet uplink for live streaming, but also for WiFi applications with up to 500 users.
Real-time monitoring via web app
The most requested feature was an interface to display the state of the multi-LTE case with all used connections in real time. We are now providing this in version 2.0. Via a QR code, this interface can be easily accessed via a web app (unlike a normal app, a web app does not have to be installed separately). This allows online status and signal quality to be monitored via smartphone - regardless of the location of the multi-LTE case. Further features for the app are planned and will be released in the coming months.
Ready for 5G
Even if the marketing machines are already producing flowery promises: It will be several years before 5G is available nationwide and can show its advantages. Due to the significantly lower signal range compared to LTE and the fact that uploads continue to run via LTE, 5G is currently only a viable option in a few places and for special purposes. In our article. "5G - what does the new standard bring?" we described this in more detail.
But of course we want to be prepared for the future and for the existing applications of 5G. If you are in the immediate vicinity of a 5G mast, for example, you can access data at up to 500 Mbit/s, much faster than before. Mobile network providers are talking about 2000 Mbit/s and more - but you should by no means rely on this.
Our new multi-LTE case is ready for this with immediate effect. This means that our customers will benefit from all future expansion stages of the 5G network with immediate effect. You can find out more about the roll-out and availability of the 5G network here: 5g-provider.info
