The participant interface

On the screenshot of the participant interface (Stage) you will find numberings with the descriptions below them to the individual panels, symbols and icons.

You can always expand and collapse the panels independently. Depending on the configuration of the session by the administrator, icons are present, absent, located on the left or right.

Note: Here a conference session is shown as an example, if your session is a livestream the area in the middle (#6-8) shows the livestream player.

Personal Agenda (Nos. 1–2) #

Fold and unfold agenda
By clicking on the agenda icon (1) you can expand and collapse your agenda.

Contents of the agenda
The agenda, if stored, shows all the items planned for it for the day.

The agenda is set by the event organizer. It can consist of different breakout rooms. Mostly, the agenda includes the time, length and title of the corresponding points or rooms. You will see only the rooms and time slots for which you are enabled.

Break Out Rooms and Room Changes
Agenda points can either be pure text hints or point to a subroom (breakout session). If it is a subroom, the button "Switch to room" will appear, this will take you to the corresponding room.

When they are in a sub-room, they can switch back to the main room using the button below the lobby.

Room change requests by instructor
The instructor can call you as a participant to change to the next or to another room. To do this, you will receive a room request via push notification that lets you decide to enter the next room or not. If you press "Yes", you will automatically enter the requested room.

Language selection (No. 9) #

By clicking on the language selection icon, you can change the language of the user interface (user settings).

Currently the languages German, English, Spanish, French and Italian are offered.

By default, the language of your browser is set when you enter the session.

If this is not one of the five supported languages, English will be selected.

Help Window (No. 10) #

Clicking on the "?" icon opens the help menu.

The help menu shows the following options:

Log out #

If you entered the session via an access link, you can end the event at any time by closing the tab in which the event is open. This will log you out automatically.

If they are logged in via a company registration, they can log out by clicking on their name (top right).
