The user can select the resolution/quality of the video and full screen themselves. The optional preview image is loaded as a JPG file.
What is the lead time?
When renting a streaming server, this should be booked with a lead time of 10 days before the event date. If test access is required, a further 5 days' notice is required. Short-term requests are possible by arrangement.
Are multiple livestreams possible on one server?
The booked capacity is the upper limit for the number of viewers. However, several livestreams can be set up for a booked server. Example booking: 1 x booked server capacity of 1000 participants This allows the following: 1 x stream for welcome (1000 participants) - and then - 2 x streams for individual events (500 participants each)
What happens if more viewers dial in than have been booked?
The system regulates pretty much exactly at the booked number of viewers. Additional spectators can then no longer be added. If it is not possible to estimate exactly how many viewers you are expecting, the capacity should be booked with a certain degree of certainty.
