How does the WiFi get to the event? (Video)

Four Eventnet employees at one event

WiFi at events is not only a modern service for guests.

Many other services, such as cashless payment, online tickets and interactive tools like video feeds, rely on a stable online connection. Eventnet offers the appropriate concepts and installs the underlying infrastructure. Especially for business events, the data connection must function reliably throughout the entire event.

Planning is everything

With big events, everything starts with careful planning. It's no different at WiFi . Depending on the event concept, the technical solutions we put together for you based on your information also differ.

The type of venue plays a big role, of course. What are the conditions on site? How do you achieve optimum signal coverage? And last but not least - how do you get a fast Internet line to the venue for the duration of the event? These are questions that we then deal with during the planning stage, but which you as the customer naturally don't have to worry about.

But how does the network infrastructure actually get to the event?

For this we create a complete network infrastructure on site, with everything that goes with it. And that is what we want to show today in this video 🙂 In the Velodrom, one of the largest event locations in Berlin, we have created the WiFi -Infrastructure for several thousand participants as well as the event infrastructure was created.
